1. What we collect

We collect the following to handle your inquiry. We collect nothing else, and never collect sensitive data or national identification numbers.

• Required: name, email address
• Optional: company or organization name
• Anything you write in the message field
• Collected automatically: IP address (to prevent abuse of the form)

2. Why we use it

We use what we collect only for the purposes below. If the purpose changes, we ask for your consent first.

• Reviewing your inquiry and replying to you
• Blocking repeated or automated submissions

3. How long we keep it

We delete your data without delay once we have answered your inquiry. If a discussion continues, we keep it for up to one year after the discussion ends and then delete it.

Where the law sets a separate retention period, we keep the data for that period.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except when a law enforcement authority requests it through lawful procedure.

5. Processors

We entrust part of the processing to the providers below. They may not use the data for any purpose other than the entrusted one.

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and traffic handling (retained until the contract ends)
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — email delivery of your inquiry (deleted after delivery)

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time.

Email the privacy officer below and we will act on the request and notify you of the result within 10 days. A legal representative or an authorized agent may also make the request.

7. How we delete it

Once the retention period passes or the purpose is fulfilled, we delete the data without delay. Electronic files are erased so they cannot be recovered, and any printed material is shredded or incinerated.

8. Security measures

We take the following measures to keep personal data safe.

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
• Minimum number of people with access, with managed permissions
• Abuse prevention on the contact form

9. Cookies and automatic collection

This site uses no advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored only in your browser and is never sent to NewRoute.

12. Changes to this policy
