NewRoute designs AI agents and turns them into products. We prove an approach on the services we build ourselves, then apply that standard to our partners' agents.
We close the distance between what a model can do and what a product has to be. We do not stop at the demo; we carry it to where it gets used every day.

What we hold to
Clear boundaries
We decide up front what the agent will answer and what it will not. If today's technology cannot do it, we say so first.
Traceable craft
Working code is not the finish line. We make it possible to retrace where an answer came from, and we leave a place to fix it when it is wrong.
Transparent communication
Progress and reasoning are shared as they are. We do not hide model costs or limitations either.
How we got here
RunePluto launched
We built the Saju calculation engine and the consultation agents together, and launched a conversational consultation service.
